Uncanny dread poem

Whirligig 22 ~ by Magical Mystical Teacher

Deadly smart pants
follow swart images,
hear – the prudence
hobbles subtly….

Smoothers our wanting;
in disguise palms off the cane,
as if hypnotized we’re limping,
chanting vowels song obediently:

A! C – U R!
And we echo:
I M!

Amber secret

“Here we are, trapped in the amber of the moment.
There is no why.” Kurt Vonnegut

Chirping bird
easy stopped its flight,
hangs in air by wee twig,
when the shiny worm
turned into emerged

Drug/compound mix,
foster deal speaks in
the tears/sap
of pine trees

Beckoning afar

World of Art & Words
Beckoning afar
I heard a calling…

The world of Art & Words
Has recently estranged
I left in disarray…

Beckoning afar
The sirens lull the gullible
Open hearts...

I heard a calling…
They – wounded souls nearby
A Graduation...

Attracted to the flame that burns…

I invoke the fire in
my stillness,
sense of detachment, and deaf,
stiff monotonous lives
to release the stress,
battlefield’s agonized/moribund
bodies and souls…
now aroused,
querying: what were those wounds,
still alike vagabond in the veins/blood,
fed into cells,
programmed veracity…

Only a tease...

~ 1 ~

Venus & Jupiter
What the Three Wise Men saw
Star of Bethlehem.

~ 2 ~

Night serenade
Overwhelmed pond frogs
Demosthenes and I.

~ 3 ~

A fence –
Only a tease for vine
And stiff back.

~ 4 ~

The war after war –
Mists over the foreign highlands –
Indian summer.

~ 5 ~

The mouth wide open
To fulfill the desires
Shut by news.

Fill the glass

Brooklyn Museum's Collection of vases ~ by Margaret

                         A vase-like perspective…
All our rendezvous…
A la furshet -
My eyes aim yours
or vice versa,
find many colors,
shapes to wrap in
our faces
as if there’re
more than one blue
printed pace,
and rituals
to fill the glass
up to the brim…
